摘　　要：为促进电力营销管理模式创新,对原关口电能量采集系统、地区变电站电能量采集系统、GPRS用电现场服务系统、230M负荷管理系统、小区集中抄表系统进行系统整合,实现电力企业的生产自动化系统与管理信息系统处于相互有效结合,管控一体化,数据信息集成共享。For innovating about the mode of the power - consuming management, responding to the＂The Directions to Improving the construction of Modernistic Power - consuming＂ , make integration about the collection system of the juncture electric power, the collection system of the area transform power station, the service system on service system of the spot using power on the GPRS, power shoulder management system of 230M, and centralization power - consuming system in area. This will make the effective integration about the automatic system of power - producing and the management information system of power - consuming in power supply company, unify the management and the control, and share the data information.
