中药熏洗协同西药治疗慢性肺心病阳虚水泛证水肿

摘　　要：目的:观察"温经通络逐瘀熏洗方"熏洗双足对慢性肺心病阳虚水泛证水肿的治疗效果。方法:将符合慢性肺源性心脏病阳虚水泛证水肿纳入标准的患者180例随机分为两组,两组西医常规治疗相同,治疗组加用中药熏洗双足,疗程12d,观察两组患者水肿消退、症候改善、生活质量改善、电解质变化的情况。结果:治疗组与对照组水肿消退总有效率分别为96.67%、83.3%,症候疗效总有效率分别为95.56%、76.67%,生活质量改善积分治疗组优于对照组,对电解质的影响治疗组低于对照组,经统计学比较,均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药熏洗协同西药能明显增加对慢性肺心病阳虚水泛证水肿的治疗效果,降低对电解质的影响。Objective： To observe the effects of Chinese fumigation and washing recipe combined with westem medicine on edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency in chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods： A total of 180 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup with 90 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with routine western medicine for 12 days, while the patients in treatment group were added Chinese fumigation and washing recipe. Results： The positive rate of dispelling edema symptom was 96.67% and the positive rate of improving Yang deficiency syndrome in the treatment group was 95. 56%, significandy higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After the treatment, the score of life quality was remarkably higher than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Meanwhile, there were lower side effects on electrolytes in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusion： Chinese fumigation and washing recipe combined with western medicine can significandy improve the therapeutic effects on edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency in chronic pulmonary heart diseases. It can also decrease the effect on electrolytes.
