“循经移疮泄毒”治疗癌肿方法的初步构建及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:构建"循经移疮泄毒"治疗晚期癌肿方法的操作流程,并初步分析其临床意义。方法:对晚期肝癌患者循足厥阴肝经在"膝关"腧穴下行部位实施移疮泄毒,采用ELECSYS电化学分光免疫法对移疮部位的渗出液和同期血清中肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)等进行检测,并与非肝经所对应脏腑晚期癌肿患者的循肝经移疮泄毒疗效进行对比分析。结果:在晚期肝癌患者循肝经移疮泄毒的发疱液中检出高于血清浓度的癌胚抗原(CEA)等物质。结论:采用"循经移疮泄毒"法,有助于癌肿毒性物质排出体外。Objective： Established the operating process of the ＂moving the tumor and repelling toxicant following meridians＂ to cure late tuner and analyze its clinical meaning primarily. Methods： Carrying out the method of ＂moving the rumor and repelling toxicant following meridians＂ on the ＂xiguan＂ point along the liver meridian of foot juein for the patients who suffered from late liver cancer. Adopt electrochemistry shine immunity system （ELECSYS） to examine effusion from the actualized place and tumor marker of cancer embryo antigen （CEA） for patients＇ blood serum in the correspondg period. Furthermore, contrast curative effect with the method to the tumor patients who didn＇ t suffer from liver cancer. Results： Contrast to the serum, the higher concentration of CEA et al was founded in the liquor epispasticus of later liver cancer treated by the method of ＂moving the tumor and repelling toxicant following meridians＂ Conclusion： method of ＂moving the tumor and repelling toxicant following meridians＂ helps repelling the tumor toxicants outside of the body.
