摘  要:慢性肺心病36例,随机分为2组。甘糖酯(PGMS)组18例(男性14例,女性4例;年龄65±11y),在常规治疗基础上加用PGMS200mg于5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液500ml中静滴,qd,共10d。并与常规治疗组18例(男性13例,女性5例,年龄67±6y)对照。结果:治疗后2组脂质过氧化物(LPO)均显著降低(P<0.01);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)均显著升高(P<0.01);经组间比较,LPO的降低,CAT的升高以PGMS组更显著(P<0.05)。36 patients with chronic cor pulmonale were divided into 2 groups at random. 18 patients (M14, F4; age 65 + 11 y) received proplylene glucol mannurate sulphate (PGMS) 200 mg in 5% glucose in normal saline 500 ml iv drip qd and 18 patiants (M 13. F5? age 67+6 y) received routine treatment served as control, all were treated for 10 d. The values of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT) and GSH-Px/LPO (lipoper-oxide) in 2 groups were all increased distinctly, the level of LPO in 2 groups fell ( P <0. 01). But the increase of CAT and the decrease distinctly, the level of LPO in PGMS group were greater than those in routine treatment group ( P <0. 05).
