摘 要:介绍了申嘉湖高速公路嘉兴段应用软土加固新工艺Y形沉管灌注桩(简称Y形桩)处理高速公路桥头跳车的现场试验研究。通过桩身质量检测,高、低应变测试,竖向和水平向静载等试验,证明Y形桩的成桩质量可靠。从桩土荷载、孔隙水压力、表面沉降、分层沉降、水平位移等方面对监测断面进行了观测。综合分析表明,Y形桩处理桥头软基具有技术优越、经济合理等优点。The experimental research of driven cast-in-situ Y pile applied in treatment of bridgehead jumping in Jiaxing section of Shen-Jia-Hu highway is introduced. Based on the results of pile quality test, high train and low train test, vertical and horizontal static load test, it is proved that construction quality of the driven castin-situ Y pile is reliable. Monitoring sections such as pile-soil load, pore water pressure, surface settlement, layer settlement and horizontal displacement of monitoring cross section are measured. Synthesis analysis indicates that the driven cast-in-situ Y pile used for treatment of soft soil foundation of bridgehead shows the superiority in technology and cost comparing with others.
