摘  要:主要讨论面层涂料的组成和用量对彩喷纸性能和打印质量的影响,并在正交试验的基础上对亚光型彩喷纸面层涂料的配方予以优化设计。结果表明:气相SiO2颜料与PCC以55∶45的比例搭配使用,吸墨性能适中,打印密度及成纸白度、平滑度较佳;胶粘剂以PVA为主,淀粉为辅(35∶5);必须加入季胺盐型阳离子固色剂,以提高图像的防水性能。The influence of the formula and dosage on the performance and print quality of color inkjet printing paper is discussed and an optimum design for the formula of the surface layer of sub-gloss color inkjet printing paper are made on the basis of orthogonal experiment. The results show that gas phase SiO2 pigment mixed with PCC in 55 : 45 had a moderate ink receptivity and preferred printing density and brightness and smoothness of the finished paper; the adhesive with PVA as the major one and starch as the complement (35 : 5); quaternary ammonium salt must be added as cationic fixing agent for the waterproof quality of the picture.
