摘  要:以自制生产牛皮箱纸板的红麻全秆亚铵法制浆废液为原料,用氧气作氧化剂,通过氧化的方法对红麻全秆亚铵法制浆废液进行改性。研究了氧气压力、反应温度、反应时间对制浆废液氧化改性产物的含氮量、碳氮比和pH值的影响,以及蒸发浓缩对废液性质的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内,增大氧气压力、提高反应温度和延长反应时间均有利于废液氧化改性,提高其有机氮含量,但氧气压力和反应温度不宜过高;蒸发浓缩,增加改性前废液初始固形物浓度,会导致氮损失,不利于废液氧化改性。废液氧化改性的较佳条件是:氧气压力1.2MPa、反应温度120℃、反应时间100min。The effective utilization of pulping effluent from ammonium sulfite process is being paid great attention. This paper studies the oxidation modification of the pulping effluent from kenaf whole stalk with ammonium sulfite process with oxygen as oxidizer. The influence of such factors as oxygen pressure, reaction temperature and reaction time on the nitrogen content, carbon-nitrogen ratio and pH value of the oxidation modified product as well as the influence of concentration by evaporation on the effluent properties, were studied. The results show that the increase of oxygen pressure, rising of reaction temperature and prolongation of reaction time within the scope of experiment has a good effect on the oxidation modification of the effluent and raising of the organonitrogen content, but the oxygen pressure and reaction temperature should not be too high and concentration by evaporation and increase of the initial solid concentration of pre-modified effluent resulted in nitrogen loss. The preferred condition for effluent oxidation modification is:oxygen pressure 1.2 MPa, reaction temperature 120℃ and reaction time 100 min.
