摘 要:采用自制的β-MnO2纳米棒在酸性条件下催化氧化碱性桃红染料模拟废水,反应过程不需添加过氧化氢、无需加热.实验结果显示,低pH值(pH=1)有利于染料的脱色和降解.动力学研究表明,以β-MnO2纳米棒为催化剂分解碱性桃红染料废水的反应近似为一级反应,反应速率常数为0.1378min-1.对反应前后的溶液进行紫外和红外光谱分析,结果表明,碱性桃红在催化处理过程中芳环断开,生成脂肪胺、NH4+和CO2.As-prepared β-MnO2 nanorods were used as catalysts to decompose Basic Safranine dye in simulated wastewater at pH = 1. The process requires neither H2O2 nor heat. The results indicate that low pH values favor the degradation of Basic Safranine dye. Kinetic studies of the catalytic reaction show that the decoloration rate of Basic Safranine nearly follows flrst-order kinetics and the reaction rate constant is 0. 1378 min^-1. The mechanism of the process was also discussed based on UV-Vis and FTIR analysis. With β-MnO2 nanorods as catalysts at low pH, the benzene ring structure of Basic Safranine was destroyed to yield a fatty amine, NH^4+ and CO2.
