蕲蛇酶治疗高黏血症26例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察蕲蛇酶治疗高黏血症的疗效。方法选择26例高黏血症病人,经皮试后,给予蕲蛇酶注射液0.75 u+生理盐水250 mL静点,1次/d,7 d为1疗程,观察临床症状改善情况,血压、心率、白细胞计数,血细胞比容,血小板计数及血流变学指标。结果临床均获改善或消炎,诸多血流变指标改善。结论蕲蛇酶注射液治疗高黏血症疗效明显。Objective To observe the curative effect of Agkistredon enzyme in treating hyperviscous - emia. Methods We have chosen 26 patients with the hyperviscous- emia. After dermal test, We gave them 0.75 u Agkistrodon enzyme injection, dissolved in 250 mL NS,one time par day. One course of treatment contains 7 days. The clinical symptoms and clinical index such as blood pressure,heart rate ,lencocyte count,haematecrit ,blood platelets count and blood flow rheology were observed. Results The clinical symptoms are improved or disappear and most index of blood flow rheology are improved aslo. Conclusion Using Agkistrodon enzyme to cure the hyperviscous- emia had obviously curative effect.
