外剥内扎切口缝合加消痔灵注射术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨更加完善的治疗环状混合痔的手术方法。方法采用外剥内扎切口缝合加消痔灵注射术治疗环状混合痔188例,将传统的采用外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的186例作为对照组,观察两组患者的术后愈合时间及并发症情况。结果两组全部治愈。在术后出血、肛门狭窄方面无显著性差异(P﹥0.05),但两组在经第一次手术后治愈率、术后创面愈合时间、疼痛、肛门水肿、尿潴留方面有显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。外剥内扎切口缝合加消痔灵注射术能缩短术后愈合时间,降低术后并发症的发生率。结论外剥内扎切口缝合加消痔灵注射术是治疗环状混合痔合理有效的术式。Objective To explore the potentialidea operative approach in treating mixed circumferential hemorrhoid. Methods A total of 374 cases patients with mixed circumferential hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （188 cases） was treated by the External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation, combined with Xiao- Zhi-Ling injection during the Operation. The control group （186 cases） was treated by the traditional External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation Operation. Results All the cases in both groups were cured. There was no significant difference between the tow groups in the aspects of anal stricture and bleeding（P 〉 0.05）, but the two groups had significant difference in the cure rate after the first operation, wound-healing duration and complications （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation, combined with Xiao-Zhi -Ling of injection during the operation is a rational and effective way for the treatment of mixed circumferential hemorrhoid.
