摘　　要：目前北京市地下水尚存在地下水位下降、地下水环境恶化等问题,分析表明,地下水资源的利用和保护还处在比较简单的自然发展阶段。结合北京实际情况构建地下水水资源可持续发展的体系,提出发展对策和建议,为北京市地下水资源利用和保护提供思路。The groundwater level is decreasing and groundwater environment is worsening in Beijing, but the groundwater resource utilization and protection is just at the stage of simple and natural development. Some countermeasures are put forwards： establishment of the sustainable development system of groundwater in Beijing, strengthening of groundwater resource protection management and improvement efficiency of the groundwater resource utilization.
