摘 要:在微波辐射无溶剂条件下,以固体K2CO3为载体,脱氧胆酸甲酯与芳酰氯反应合成了11个脱氧胆酸分子钳人工受体,其中5个为新化合物,所有化合物的结构均经1^H NMR,IR,MS及元素分析所确证.同传统方法相比,该法具有简单、安全、快速、有效、对环境友好等优点.同时考察了这类受体对中性和手性分子的识别性能.结果表明,这类分子钳受体不但对中性分子具有识别性能,而且对D/L-氨基酸甲酯具有对映选择性识别性能.Eleven molecular tweezer artificial receptors based on deoxycholic acid have been synthesized by using solid K2CO3 as supporter through the reaction of methyl deoxycholate with aroyl chloride in sol- vent-free conditions under microwave irradiation, five of which are new compounds. The structures of all the molecular tweezers were characterized by 1^H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Compared with the conventional method, this method is simple, safe, rapid, efficient and eco-friendly. The recognition properties of these molecular tweezers for neutral molecules and chiral molecules were investigated. The resuits indicate that these molecular tweezers not only recognize neutral organic molecules but also have good enantioselectivity to D/L-amino acid methyl esters.
