摘　　要：目的:探讨特罗凯、易瑞沙所致中重度药疹的有效处理方法。方法:外涂氯洁霉素、百多邦,每5-6小时一次,二者交替使用。结果:中重度药疹得到有效控制,病人无一例因药疹而中断治疗。结论:氯洁霉素联合百多邦对特罗凯、易瑞沙所致中重度药疹有效,可临床推广使用。Objective： To investigate the effecdve treatment for epispasis caused by Irressa and Tarceva. Methods： The patients were alternatively smeared Bactroban and Clindamycin on the affected parts every 5-6 hours. Results： All the patients＇ epispasis was well controlled ,which didn＇t influence the normal treatment. Conclusion： Clindamycin combined with Bactroban is effecdve for epispasis caused by Irressa and Tarceva. It is suggested that it should be used in the clinical treatment.
