摘　　要：目的了解四平社区居民对高血压的认知情况，以便开展针对性的高血压健康教育和健康促进。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷法，抽取四平社区1027名常住居民，对其进行高血压知识调查。结果社区居民对高血压用药知识、并发症和不良行为等认识不够，对健康教育宣传认同不够，但最认可上门随访服务方式。结论转变服务理念和采取多形式的健康教育及健康促进是提高居民高血压防治意识的重要途径。Objective To survey and analyze Siping Community＇ cognition of hypertension, and to carry out hypertensive health education and health promotion. Method The investigation was carried out with convenience sampling of 1 027 residents in a community with self-designed questionnaire. Results The cognition to the hypertension in the residents was not enough, including how to take medicine, complications and adverse behavior. The identification with health education was also not enough, and however the residents could accept door-to door follow-up service. Conclusion Changing service concepts, taking forms of health education and health promotion may be an important approach to increase the information of prevention on hypertension.
