摘  要:依据赫尔槽和小槽实验以及对黄石恒鑫金属表面处理有限公司、湖北省黄石市电镀厂多年的调研结果发现,硫酸铜镀层出现的表面缺陷主要是由于电镀生产管理不善造成对电解液维护及添加试剂的错误。针对电镀生产中典型的故障及电解液经常出现的问题和镀层出现的缺陷,进行了反复的实验和综合的分析,最后提出相应硫酸盐镀铜的故障的修复技术和电解液的维护措施。Based on to galvanized in the production the sulfuric acid brass plating fluid maintenance and plates the question which the trough easy to appear to carry on the comprehensive analysis and the induction summary. The backing "Hell plates the trough" the experiment and many years is engaged in the galvanization research the experience to discover that, affects plates the quality. Primary factor to have plates the fluid the composition, plates in the fluid the impurity, the agitation degree, as well as in the unit area, uses the electric current and the voltage, plate the fluid the temperature conditions. In view of the shag, the pit - and - mound structure maxes wellnot good, the weak electrical department gloss mixes well not good, attaches extends not good, hardly plates, dense is not being good, bums in the high current density area, tarnishes, coats the pinhole roughly, the electric current too is low, galvanization phenomena and so on anodic polarization function, propose the system processing method.
