摘　　要：本文介绍西门子S7-200CN系列PLC在小型半自动车床控制系统中的应用。简介了该半自动车床的功能和控制系统的构成，着重阐述了该系统的应用软件设计，包括操作模式、模拟电子凸轮的运行模型、软件的构成和功能等。该系统完全取代了老式车床中的机械凸轮机构，减弱了机械噪音，延长了车床的使用寿命。The article introduces the application of SiemensS7-200CN PLC in the control system of a small size semi-automatic lathe. The article briefs the functions of the seml-automatic lathe and constitution of the control system and focuses on the application software design of the system, including operational modes, operation model of simulated electron-cam, constitutions and functions of the software. The system under discussion replaces completely the mechanism of cams and gears of outmoded lathe, reducing mechan- ical noise and prolonging the service life of the lathe.
