摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了Tm3+单掺杂及Tm3+,Dy3+共掺杂的YP1-xVxO4荧光粉材料。给出了样品的XRD谱,获得了样品的SEM照片,对其发射和激发光谱也进行了测量。结果发现,随着钒酸根含量的增加,样品的激发带发生红移,这样的激发带能够满足白光LED用荧光粉的激发要求。在Tm3+,Dy3+共掺杂的样品中观测到了全色的发射,并且红、绿、蓝三个发射组分的比例也可以调整。我们计算了不同样品的色坐标,发现均在白光范围内,可见该体系样品有希望成为一种全色发射的白光LED用荧光粉。Tm^3+-doped and Tm^3+,Dy^3+-codoped YP1-xVxO4 phosphors were synthesized by co-precipitation reaction. The X-ray powder diffraction,photoluminescence,photoluminescence excitation spectra and luminescence decay were measured. With increasing the amount of vanadate group,the excitation band shifts to the lower energy that sati-sfies the application demand for the LED phosphors. Tm^3+and Dy^3+ co-doped samples exhibited full color emission with various red-green-blue intensity rates. The chromaticity coordinates of YP1-xVxO4:Tm^3+,Dy^3+ phosphors were calculated. It was found that the chromaticity coordinates are dependent on both the ratios of P/V and Tm/Dy. This phosphor system with proper composition and dopants may be a promising phosphor candidate for white light emitting LED applications.
