摘　　要：介绍了济钢第三炼钢厂结晶器专家系统的应用原理,利用结晶器专家系统的热力学软件包和振动软件包分析浇铸过程中出现的问题,预测漏钢,获得最佳浇铸方式。Application mechanism of mould expert system in No. 3 Steelmaking Plant in Jinan I- ron and Steel Co. is described. Thermo - dynamics software bag and vibration software bag of the system are applied to analyze the problems existing in the course of casting, predict liquid steel leak and achieve the best casting method.
