摘 要:高温合金属于难加工材料,本文对比研究了高温合金样件晶粒度对其加工性能的影响。文章主要对晶粒细化情况和细化晶粒后高温合金加工性能的变化情况分别进行实验研究,重点通过铣削力测试和加工后表面粗糙度测试实验,分析晶粒大小不同的高温合金试样加工性能变化,以此说明晶粒细化的实际意义。实验结果显示,晶粒细化可使铣削力降低50%以上,表面粗糙度Ra可从最初的3.135μm减小到0.83μm。因此得出通过细化晶粒组织可以有效提高高温合金的加工性能。文章最后对实验结果进行了分析,并对主铣削力与晶粒大小的关系进行了曲线拟合,得出主铣削力与晶粒大小关系近似服从三次多项式。Superalloys is a sort of hardly cutting material, the influence of grain refinement to machinability of superalloys was studied through contrasting different grain. The main task of this research were studing grain refinement of sample and the change of working properties of superalloys after grain refinement. In order to show the reality of grain refinement, two things have been done to test working properties of different grain of sample. One is testing the force of milling, the other is testing the roughness of the milling surface. The outcome of this experiment revealed that after grain refinement the force of milling of sample was reduced more 50 percent than first , the roughness was reduced from 3. 135μm to 0. 83μm Therefore,the working properties of superalloy much improved through refining grain. In the end,cure fitting was done about the main force of milling and griansize,the result was 3 polynomial.
