摘 要:妊娠后,机体内分泌环境发生显著变化,一系列收缩相关蛋白在子宫肌细胞膜协调表达,包括子宫收缩/舒张激动剂受体(催产素受体、前列腺素受体、β肾上腺素受体、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素受体)、影响细胞兴奋性的离子通道蛋白以及使细胞相互耦连的缝隙连接。它们共同使孕期子宫大部分时间保持静息,而临产后触发强烈的宫缩。对于子宫肌细胞收缩相关蛋白的研究将有助于对子宫收缩机能紊乱性疾病如早产、产后出血等的治疗。After pregnancy, endocrinology in body of the pregnant women changes apparently, a series of contraction-associated proteins (CAPs), including uterine contraction agonist receptors (such as oxytocin receptor and prostaglandin receptor, β-adrenergic receptor, corticotrophin releasing hormone receptor) , ion channel proteins which determine the resting membrane potential and excitability of the myocytes and gap junctions which permitts cell-to-cell coupling, are co-ordinately expressed on the membrane of uterine smooth muscle cells. They keep the uterus in pregnancy rest for most times and initiate strong uterine contraction after parturition. Deep understanding of CAPs is contributive to treatment of such uterine contraction dysfunctional diseases as premature delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and so on.
