摘  要:采用冷态物理模拟方法研究了在吹氩工艺条件下板坯连铸结晶器内钢液的流动行为,考察了水口吹气量、水口插入深度和拉速等参数对连铸结晶器内钢液流动行为的影响,并在此基础上进行了优化设计.实验结果表明:在本实验条件下,当拉速大于0.8m/min时,水口吹气量可选择为4~6 L/min,水口插入深度可选择为180~200 mm.A physical model was used for investigating the flow behaviors of the molten steel in the continuous casting mold with the nozzle argon gas injection. The effects of the nozzle gas injection, the nozzle submergence depth and the casting speed on the flow behavior of the molten steel were studied. Then the optimization was carried out based on the experiments. The results indicated that when the casting speed was more than 0.8m/min, the nozzle argon injection and the nozzle submergence depth could be set as 4-6L/min and 180- 200mm respectively.
