摘　　要：分析了安钢第二炼轧厂超宽板坯连铸机黏结漏钢的原因,并采取了针对性的预防措施,黏结漏钢率大大降低。The caster is one of the widest slab casters in the world introduced from SMS - Demag. Causes of sticking breakout for the wide slab caster at Anyang Steel were analyzed. Based on those, countermeasures were put forward and taken into operation practice. After then, breakout ratio was lowered significantly.
