摘　　要：分析了莱钢股份公司特钢厂20号管坯钢铸坯表面凹陷的产生原因,制定了相应的控制措施,使20号钢连铸坯表面凹陷得到了有效控制。Causes of the surface concaves on the blooms at Laiwu Steel were analyzed with both melting and casting operations. Countermeasures were put forward to decrease the occurrence for the concave on 20 steel bloom surface. Some progress has been made with the operation improvement.
