摘  要:研究了五种高等水生植物(黑藻、金鱼藻、水花生、茭白、空心菜)对蛋白核小球藻、斜生栅藻生长的抑制作用。试验结果显示,各种受试植物均有不同程度的克藻效果,金鱼藻与黑藻的克藻作用最强,水花生的作用次之。克藻效果以受试植物与藻共培养最佳,其次为连续添加种植水,表明在植物的生长过程中其化感物质是连续释放且能迅速降解的,而黑藻干物质的浸提液所具有的克藻效应说明有些化感物质对一定温度和光照是较稳定的。Allelopathic effects of Hydrilla verticillate R, Ceratophyllum demersum L, ALternanthera philoxeroides G, Zizania latifolia S, and Ipomoea aquatica F on Chlorella pyrenoidosa C and Scenedesmus obliquus K were examined by a series of experiments in a short - term bioassay. The results showed that all the test plants can inhibit in varied degree, the algal growth. Ceratophyllum demersum L and Hydrilla verticillate R had the strongest ability to inhibit the algal growth, Alternanthera philoxeroides G was the second. The inhibitory activi. was different with the cultural methods: Co -culture was the best, continuous adding the planting water assay was the second, which suggested that allelopathic compounds excreted by higher aquatic plants were continuous and could be degraded rapidly. The inhibitory action against the algae by the filtrate from dry Hydrilla verticillata indicated some allelopathic substances were stable at some temperature and light.
