摘　　要：理论和实践表明,没有具备企业家精神的银行家群体,就没有充满生机和活力的银行业。本文从企业家理论和货币银行理论两个维度对银行家的内涵进行了界定,进一步讨论了银行家能力、企业家精神与商业银行成长之间的内在逻辑关系,揭示了银行家对于商业银行成长的重要作用。在深入剖析中国银行家及企业家精神缺位的根源的基础上,提出了中国银行家及企业家精神培育的策略选择,这有助于为我国银行家的成长提供理论支持。Theory and practice show that without banker communities who have strong entrepreneurial spirits, there would be no vigor and vitality in the banking industry. This paper defines the connotation of banker from two dimensions of entrepreneur theory and money ( banking theory. It discusses the intrinsic logic relations among banker capability, entrepreneurial spirits and commercial bank growth, and reveals the important role bankers play in commercial banks( growth. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes of absence of entrepreneurial spirits in China, it proposes some strategic suggestions that could cultivate the entrepreneurial spirits, which will help to provide theoretical support for Chinese bankers' growth.
