摘　　要：昭通师范高等专科学校图书馆应充分贯彻普通高校图书馆为社会服务的有关精神和规定,根据昭通市经济社会建设发展的状况和昭通市社会读者对文献信息的要求,充分利用图书馆的人才优势、文献资料优势和网络优势,遵守一定的规则,通过多种途径,为昭通市经济社会的建设发展服务。The library of Zhaotong Teacher＇s College should fully implement the relevant spirit and demands to serve for the society. According to Zhaotong City＇s development situation of economical and social construction and Zhaotong City＇s social readers＇ requirements for documents and information, it should make good use of the library＇s talent supremacy, document supremacy and network supremacy, abide by the fixed rules , and through various means, serve Zhaotong City＇s development of the economic and social construction.
