德保县暴发性旋毛虫病报告

摘　　要：本文报道广西德保县北站屯５６名村民因生食腌酸猪肉发生暴发性旋毛虫病，发病率为１００％，死亡４例，死亡率为７．１％。５２例采用阿苯达唑连续两个疗程治疗，全部治愈。为此，应加强对旋毛虫病的防治知识宣传和屠宰生猪的检疫。The paper reports an outbreak of 56 cases of trichinellosis induced by eating uncooked salted pork in Baizhandun village,Debao County,Guangxi in 1995.4 of 56 cases died with a mortality rate of 7 1%.The other 52 cases were cured by taking 2 courses of albendazole.The authors suggested that it would be necessary to strengthen the health education on trichinellosis and health inspection in slaughtering pigs.
