对当前美国无缝钢管OCTG市场价格的剖析

摘　　要：随着国际原油价格的不断上涨,美国加大了本土原油的开采力度,引发了对无缝钢管OCTG的需求变化。无缝钢管OCTG的价格随着原油价格的起伏波动,2004～2006年美国OCTG价格持续走高。运用统计学原理分析可知近年来美国无缝钢管OGTC价格2、3季度较高,4季度价格最低。随着中国出口到美国无缝钢管OCTG数量的不断增长且价格偏低,有可能引发美国提起反倾销诉讼,这应当引起国内同行的注意。Following the continuously going up of the crude oil prices in the world market, exploration of local crude oil sources has been enhanced in U.S.A., resulting in change of the demand for OCTG. Fluctuating along with the price of crude oil, the price of OCTG in U.S.A. had kept going up during the period of 2004-2006. Based on analysis with the principle of statistics, the trend of the OCTG pricing over the recent years in the country is identified, i.e., the price is rather high in the second and the third quarters of the year, while it goes down to the valley in the fourth quarter. Owing to the increasingly expanding of OCTG export from China to U.S.A. with comparatively low prices, it is possible for U.S.A. to launch an anti-dump proceedings against China, and this very development should be closely followed by relevant industrial circles in China.
