摘　　要：简要介绍了天津钢管集团股份有限公司于2005年新建的现代Φ219mm阿塞尔轧管机组的设计产量、规格品种、生产工艺流程、主要设备组成及工艺装备优势、工艺特点,以及该机组投产以来的新产品开发情况及产品质量水平等。阿塞尔轧管机适宜小批量、多规格、多品种的生产方式,更适宜生产中厚壁和厚壁无缝钢管,生产的厚壁无缝钢管的壁厚精度较高。Briefed in the article are the designed capacity, product mix and manufacturing process flow of state-of-the-art （I）219 mm Assel pipe mill as recently-buih by Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd. Also detailed are such aspects of the mill as the equipment configuration and the advantages of the process equipment, the process features and product development and product quality as have made since the start up of the mill. The Assel mill is capable of flexible production with multi-sizes and multi types in small quantities, and particularly applicable to manufacture of medium and heavy wall pipes with rather high tolerances.
