狂犬病疫苗皮内微量接种维持免疫记忆的实验研究

摘　　要：用现行国产地鼠肾组织细胞疫苗（ＰＨＫＣＶ）皮内０．１ｍｌ接种后半年～１年，再以常规５剂免疫接种，可在短期内（７～１４天）产生较高的免疫回忆反应，其阳转率分别为９６．５５％和７６．６７％，而常规５剂初免组阳转率为４０．７４％，二者差异显著。至于这种免疫记忆能否维持更长时间，尚待进一步探讨。Routine five doses were inoculated between a half year and one year after vaccinating by intradermal(ID) 0 1ml dose with primary hamster kidney cell vaccine(PHKCV),which may induce high level immune recall reaction in short time(on day 7 to day 14) after first dose intramuscular(IM) injection.The rates of seroconversion for two groups are 96 55%(on day 7 a half year after ID 0 1ml) and 76 67%(on day 7 a year after ID 0 1ml) respectively,however,the seroconversion rate of group of routine five doses is 40 74%,the rates of them are statistically significant differences( χ 2=22 13,P <0 001).As for maintaining more time of the immune memory by this immune method,it is necessary to be investigated.
