摘 要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定更舒安颗粒中马钱苷含量。方法:色谱柱采用 Agilent ZORBAX SB C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温25℃;于240 nm 波长下检测。结果:在测定条件下,马钱苷在29.6~296.0μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性(r=0.9999),最低检出浓度为0.1μg·mL^(-1)。低、中、高3种浓度的方法回收率分别为100.5%,100.2%,101.3%,RSD(n=3)均小于2%。结论:本方法准确、简便、专属性强、灵敏度高,结果稳定,适用于更舒安颗粒的质量控制。Objective:A RP - HPLC method was established for the determination of loganin in Gengshuan granules. Methods:The RP - HPLC method was performed with a Agilent ZORBAX SB C18 column (4. 6 mm 250 mm, 5 μm) at 25 ℃ ,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (15:85 ,v/v)mixture. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. The loganin was detected by UV at 240 nm. Results: The linear range of the loganin was 29.6 - 296.0 μg·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9999 ), and the limit of detection was 0. 1 μg·mL^-1. The method recoveries were 100. 5% , 100.2% and 101.3 % , and RSD ( n = 3 ) for low, medium, high were less than 2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, selective and repetitive, and is suitable for quality control of Gengshu' an granules.
