高效液相色谱法测定双环铂注射液的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立双环铂注射液含量测定的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法:色谱柱为 Diamonsil^(TM)C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇一水(5:95),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为210 nm,柱温为25℃。结果:在浓度范围5～400 mg·L^(-1)内,双环铂峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为98.1%,RSD 为1.21%(n=5)。结论:方法简便可靠,能够满足双环铂注射液的含量测定要求。Objective： To develop an RP - HPLC for determination of dicycloplatin for injection. Method： The chromatographic conditions were ： DiamonsilTM C 18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） ; water methanol （ 5： 95 ） as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 with detection wavelength of 210 nm. Results：The calibration curves was linear over the concentration range of 5 - 400 mg ·L^- 1 and the average recoveries of dicycloplatin were 98. 1%, RSD = 1.2% （n =5 ）. Conclusion ：The method is simple and accurate.
