摘　　要：目的:对克霉唑倍他米松乳膏质量标准存在的问题进行修订。方法:采用 HPLC 法测定克霉唑倍他米松乳膏含量。结果:克霉唑为标示量的100.3%;二丙酸倍他米松为标示量的100.4%。结论:国家药品标准克霉唑倍他米松乳膏中鉴别及含量测定项下的系统适用性的测定方法描述需进行修订。objective：To improve the present quanlity standard of the clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream. Methods： To determine the content of the clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream by HPLC. Result ：The content of clotrimazole is 100. 3% of labeled amount and betamethasone dipropionate is 100. 4%. Conclusion ：The method of identifying and the system suitable in the State Drug Specification is unreasonable and must to be adjusted.
