摘　　要：影响CUBA球队发展的因素是多方面的,运动员水平的高低是其中一个重要因素。本研究运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对湖南省CUBA运动员的基本情况、身体素质、技战术情况、心理素质等方面进行广泛深入的调查与研究,并提出与之相应的对策。There are many factors affecting the development of the CUBA teams. The performance level of athletes is one of the important factors. Through using the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes deeply investigation on basic condition, physical fitness, technical and tactic condition and mental quality and puts forward the measurement.
