摘　　要：辽宁省竞技体育人才外流的原因主要有:经济原因、运动员自身生存需要的原因、体育训练体制原因、管理体制等原因。要解决辽宁省竞技体育人才外流的现状,有以下几点:变人才外流为人才输出;完善管理体制;完善奖励制度;体育市场化,大力发展竞技体育和体育产业。The reason of sports talent outflow in Liaoning province is economy, the need of athletes＇ self - development, physical training system and the management system. To solve the current problem, the following aspects should be done： changing the outflow of sports talent into export, developing the system of management and reward, making the sports to be market -oriented.
