湖南省预防儿童腹泻病和改善病例管理研究

摘　　要：本文报告了湖南省１９９１～１９９５年预防儿童腹泻病和改善病例管理研究结果。通过落实人员培训、卫生宣传、提倡母乳喂养、改水、改善腹泻病的诊断与治疗等综合性措施，５岁以下儿童每人每年减少腹泻２３次；ＯＲＳ使用率由９８９％上升至３７３８％，用药儿童中，抗生素使用率由７５４１％下降至５７６５％；知道三条以上求医理由的看护人由１６１１％上升至７３７９％；腹泻患儿喂养行为也得到改良，研究结果表明综合性措施对降低儿童腹泻病发病率及改善病例管理效果明显。The study on prevention of children′s diarrheal diseases and improvement of case management in Hunan province from 1991 to 1995 was carried out.After taking comprehensive measures such as training,sanitation publicity,promotion of breast feeding,improvement of water supplies,improvement of the diagnosis and treatment of diarrheal diseases,the diarrhoea incidence of children under 5 years was decreased by 2.3 times /child/year.The use rate of ORS was risen up from 9.89% to 37.38%. Among the children taken medicine,the use rate of antibiotics was dropped from 75.41% to 57.65%. The rate of caretakers having correct knowledge of referral was increased from 16.11%to 73.79%. Feeding behavior of caretakers was improved. The results indicated that comprehensive mesures was very effective for redusing the incidence of children′s diarrheal disease and improving case management.
