摘　　要：On the basis of ancient Chinese medical literature, this article summarized the clinical application of Shenmai （BL 62）, an acupoint of bladder meridian of foot taiyang. Clinically, Shenmai （BL 62） is usually used to treat mental disorders, insomnia, motor system diseases and eye diseases.根据古代文献资料，对足太阳膀胱经的穴位申脉的临床应用进行总结。临床上，申脉可以应用于治疗精神性疾病、失眠症、运动性疾病以及眼疾病等。
