摘　　要：国际市场的激烈竞争,使企业社会责任的标准化问题上升到国际层面,成为一个需要以"整齐划一"的方式予以解决的国际热点问题。企业社会责任国际标准ISO26000即将诞生。从国际法角度分析企业社会责任国际标准的性质和效力,有助于思考并解决ISO26000制定过程中存在的诸多法律问题。The fierce competition in international market internationalizes the standardization of corpo- rate social responsibility and makes it a hot- spot issue to be settled in a uniform way. In order to cope with this situation, ISO26000, an international standard of corporate social responsibility, will come into being soon. Analyzing the nature and the legal effect of international standards of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of international law is conducive to the study and resolution of many legal issues in the formulation and implementation of ISO26000.
