脑脉舒宁对大鼠主动脉条收缩的影响

摘  要:用大鼠胸主动脉条测定脑脉舒宁对去甲肾上腺素、氯化钙的量效曲线,以及对单剂量氯化钾所致收缩的影响。结果表明:脑脉舒宁能使去甲肾上腺素、氯化钙的量效曲线右移,最大反应压低,呈非竞争性拮抗。同时也可抑制高钾去极化引起的血管条收缩.The effect of Naomaishuning on rat aortic strips was examined. The results showed that Naomaishuning shifted the cumulative concentration-response curves for CaCl2(0. 03~3. 0mmol/L) and norepinephrine (3 × 10^(-7) ~ 3 × 10^(-3)) to right, and depressed their maximal re-sponses. It appeared that the Naomaishuning was noncompetitive antagonist to CaCl2 and norepinephrine. Naomaishuning also inhibited the contration of aortic strips evoked by single dose of KCl. The results suggested that Naomaishuning block calcium channels.
