摘  要:文章论述了色母粒制备中三螺杆挤出机的填充和分散特性。对炭黑填充度为55%的黑母粒和钛白粉填充度为75%的白母粒的制备实践表明,与常规双螺杆挤出机相比,三螺杆挤出机易于实现高填充,而且分散度好,三螺杆挤出机在塑料的共混填充改性领域能发挥很好的作用。The filling property and dispersion performance of the tri-screw extruder in preparation of color particles based on the experimental study were discussed. In the experiment for black batch of 55% carbon black content mixed with white batch of 75% titanium dioxide content, it showed that the high-load filling could be easily carried out by the tri-screw extruder,furthermore,the dispersion degree was better. So the tri- screw extruder could play a good role in the area of blend compound filling.
