摘 要:综述了近年来国内外聚硅氧烷阻燃剂的研究进展。以等离子化学法为代表的节能、环保的合成方法逐渐受到重视;线性聚硅氧烷可以同其它聚合物共聚以提高其阻燃性能,而带支链的聚硅氧烷则表现出更好的热稳定性、相容性和阻燃效果;聚硅氧烷与基体的相容性及其使用方法等对材料阻燃性能具有重要的影响。还对聚硅氧烷阻燃剂今后的发展进行了展望。Some progresses of silicone-containing flame retardants in recent years are reviewed. The synthetic methods with energy-saving and environmental protection such as the plasma assisted polymerization are emphasized. The linear polysiloxanes can be used to copolymerize with other polymers to improve the flame retardancy,and the branched have better thermal stability, compatibility and flame retardancy. The compatibility between polysiloxanes and substrate and its applying methods have significant effects on the flame retardancy of materials. And its future developments are also prospected.
