摘　　要：[目的]观察氧化还原电位消毒剂、二氧化氯、三氯异氰脲酸、次氯酸钙、苯扎溴铵等消毒剂的最小杀菌浓度。[方法]采用悬液定性杀菌试验的方法。[结果]氧化还原电位消毒剂、次氯酸钙、三氯异氰脲酸、二氧化氯、苯扎溴铵作用30min对大肠杆菌的最小杀菌浓度分别为3.00mg/L、5.40mg/L、4.81mg/L、2.32mg/L、172.30mg/L;对粪肠球菌、霍乱弧菌的最小杀菌浓度与大肠杆菌的最小杀菌浓度相似;氧化还原电位消毒剂、二氧化氯对海水中自然菌的最小杀灭浓度分别为0.28 mg/L和1.98 mg/L。[结论]根据最小杀菌浓度,可以指导消毒的实际应用,并可以根据市场价格进行消毒成本的比较。The oxidation-reduction potential （ORP）, chlorine dioxide, trichloroisocyanruic acid, calcium hypochlorite, and benzalkonium bromine were used for the disinfection of ballast water of entry ships to get the minimum concentrations respectively by suspension qualitative test. The minimum germicidal concentration of oxidation-reduction potential（ORP）, calcium hypochlorite, trichloroisocyanruic acid, chlorine dioxide and benzalkonium bromine to inactivate Escherichia coli in 30mins were 3.00, 5.40, 4. 81, 2.32, and 172.3mg/L respectively. The similar results were got to faecal coliform and vibrio cholera. The minimum germicidal concentrations of ORP and chlorine dioxide for sea water were 0.28 and 1.98 mg/L respectively. Based on the minimum germicidal concentrations of the common disinfectants, it can refer the practice in inactivating ballast water of entry ships, and compare the prices of different disinfectants in market.
