摘 要:本试验是在甘蓝适宜的春化条件范围内,选配不同的温度、苗龄、处理时间及光照因素,以确定甘蓝快速加代繁殖的途径。结果表明,迎春早甘蓝14~16片叶的幼苗,在0~3℃加500勒克斯连续补充光照条件下,经55天可通过春化,经14个月可完成两个世代。In order to accelerate propagation generations of cabbage, the different combinations of low temperature, the age of the seedlings, the cold treatment and the cool-white fluorescent light added during the cold period were tested. The results were as follows: By means of seedling vernalization to accelerate propagation generations of cabbage, one generation was finished within 202 days, compared with common propagation method by which one generation could be finished within 360~440 days. The time for each generation might be shortened nearly a half. Older plants were more susceptible to low temperatures. Low intensity light added during the cold period enhanced vernalization process. The plant of 'Early Spring' with 14~16 leaves, exposed to a cold treatment of 0~3℃ for 55 days, adding fluorescent light of 500 lux, finishh tow generations within 14 months. During the cold period, the amount of carbohydrate and nitrogen compound is increased.
