摘　　要：目的通过对胆心综合征发病机理及特征的研究,提高对胆心综合征的认识,减少误诊率。方法总结2002年以来4例胆心综合征患者的诊疗经过及相关资料分析。结果4例患者开始均按冠心病治疗,效果不理想,经手术胆道疾病治愈后,心脏症状明显好转或消失。结论胆心综合症误诊率高,对以心脏症状为主诉的胆道结石患者,诊疗工作中应注意鉴别。The paper studies on the pathogenesis and attributes of bilio-cardiac syndrome so as to help clinical practitioners to have a better understanding of Bilio-Cardiac Syndrome and to deduce the chances of misdiagnosis. The process of the treatment to four patients of Bilio-Cardiac Syndrome is presented and the relevant data is analyzed. The 4 patients got recovered and the symptoms partially or completely disappeared.
