摘　　要：目的探讨胫腓骨骨折闭合复位并行交锁髓内钉固定治疗的可能性。方法通过对2002年6月～2004年10月对42例多段胫骨或胫腓骨骨折病人行闭合复位并交锁髓内钉固定治疗并进行随访。结果所有病人均骨性愈合,无感染及骨不连情况发生。结论此种方法疗效可靠,简单易行。Objective To present one method of closed reduction in treatment of multiple segmental fracture of tibia with interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods From June 2002 to October 2004, 42 cases of multiple segmental fracture of tibia were treated. All cases underwent closed reduction and were fixed with interlocking intramedullary nail. Each case was followed up for the average of 6 months（ranging from 4 to 9 months）. Results All fractures healed in average of 5 months. No infection and malunion or nounion occurred in all cased. The function of knee and ankle joint were normal. Conclusion The method of closed reduction in treatment of multiple segmental fracture of tibia with interlocking intramedullary nail is suitable.
