摘　　要：目的观察改良张力带内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法对28例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者进行改良张力带内固定治疗。结果28例均达骨性愈合,X线片示关节面平整度良好,术后关节功能优良率达92.8%。结论该术式手术适应证较广,操作简单,复位固定满意,疗效确切,是治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的有效方法之一。Objective To observe the effects of amend tensile band on treating the comminuted patella fracture. Methods 28 patients with comminuted patella fracture were treated by amend tensile band. Results All 28 patients obtained the complete osteanagenesis, and smooth digree ofjoint surface on X-ray was fine. The excellent ratio of joint function accounted of 92.8%. Conclusion It is an effective method in the treatment ofcomminuted patella fracture because of its wide indications, easy manipulation and satisfied result.
