新型螯合捕收剂E-5浮选氧化锌的研究

摘　　要：螯合捕收剂E-5是浮选氧化锌的一种新型选矿药剂,具有价格廉、药耗低、捕收力强、选择性好、使用方便等优点。试验研究结果表明,采用新药剂E-5浮选氧化锌时,组合调整剂硫化钠+碳酸钠既能活化氧化锌,又能抑制有害离子的影响;E-5与生产上常用的胺类捕收剂相比较,在锌精矿品位相当或提高的条件下,锌回收率提高4%左右。一年来的工业应用达到预期效果。The chelating collector E-5 is a novel reagent suitable for flotation of zinc oxide minerals. It possesses the advantages of low price and specific consumption of reagent, strong collective capacity, satisfactory selectivity and convenient to use, etc. The experimental research results showed that when this new-type chelating collector E-5 is adopted, the combined regulator of Na2S ＋ NaCO3 can not only activate flotation of zinc oxide minerals, but also depress the influence of harmful ions. In comparison with amine collectors often used in production practice, the recovery of zinc is increased by about 4% under the condition of zinc concentrate grade is equivalent or comparable.
