摘　　要：介绍了多点成形压力机的工作原理,对轿车顶盖多点成形的数值模拟过程进行研究,并以Passat1.8T轿车顶盖为例,对其多点成形工艺及成形中的压痕现象进行数值模拟,对加有弹性垫的情况进行了有限元分析,并进行了实验验证,为多点成形技术在汽车覆盖件冲压成形过程中的应用奠定了一定的基础。The mechanism of Muti-Point Forming （MPF） press is introduced. The MPF press numerical simulation process of car roof is researched. With the Passat 1.8T roof as an example, the MPF press craft and impress mark in forming process are simulated and instance elastic cushion is analyzed by the finite element method. Further, the trial is made to test the simulation result. It may lay a foundation for applications of the technique of MPF in automobile outer panels pressing forming process.
