摘　　要：针对采用瑞士SOLO工业炉技术生产的国产底装料立式多用炉,进行了性能测试、工艺试验和典型件生产试验。结果表明,国产底装料立式多用炉具有气氛转换快,控制精度高等优点,适应多种热处理工艺和高质量、各种批量热处理生产。The bell-type furnace from SOLO Switzerland has been made in China successfully, the different tests in its performance, process examination and production test of typical parts were carried out. The results indicate that the bell-type furnace has lots of obviously advantages, such as quick change of atmospheres, high precision control, etc. This type of furnace is highly productivity and flexibility for various different heat treatment processes and highly quality mass production requirements.
