摘　　要：本文在FGS的基础上给出了一种基于MPEG-4的可扩展编解码算法的改进与实现,文中对该编解码算法的实现思路和过程做了详细的阐述,并最后给出了测试结果。This article in the FGS foundation, produced one kind of the improvement and the realization of the sealability encoding and decoding algorithm based on MPEG-4. In this paper, the realization mentality and the process of the scalability encoding algorithm have been given in details. And finally the test result has also been discussed.
